How is this different from a fractional COO?
A fractional COO operates your business. We expose the structural gaps the COO doesn’t have time to see because they’re buried in manual execution. Most of our clients already have operational leadership — they need infrastructure underneath it.
We already have a consulting firm. Why do we need this?
Consulting firms diagnose. We diagnose and build. The Gap Exposure gives you a board-ready number in 14 days. If your consulting firm already produced that — you don’t need us. If it didn’t, that’s why we exist.
What if the Gap Exposure shows we don't need you?
You keep the document. It’s yours. The $3,500–$5,000 covers the work whether we proceed or not. About 15% of Gap Exposures end there — the business is in better shape than the signals suggested. That’s a good outcome.
Can you work alongside our operating partner?
Yes. Operating partners focus on strategy and governance. We focus on the infrastructure layer — data architecture, workflow automation, revenue operations. The output is cleaner numbers and fewer fire drills for the operating partner to manage.
